follow these instructions: - Save the file attached. click on the file which was saved, it is a zipped file, so the winzip application will be opened. Click on the extract icon in the winzip. exit from the winzip and click on INSTALL in the directory. TC will be installed now, follow after the instructions. After finishing the installation process, go to the Bin directory and click on TC to run Turbo C. for a detailed guide read the above installation-doc in tutorial 1. Using AND Bitwise Operators:

x= y&z
Here y and z are operands.
If y=2 and z=3

2 & 3		0010 & 0011	2		0010

the expression with two binary operands, 0010 & 0011, returns 0010
so the Ans is x= 2.
